Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Setlot, including setlot.com, app.setlot.com, and related services (the “Service”), which are operated by Trigger Labs Inc.(“Trigger Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Setlot provides catalog and historical price information for collectibles and related assets, together with tools to track a personal collection. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

Not financial or investment advice

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through a third-party authentication provider (Google); your use of that provider is subject to its own terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing;
• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or create derivative works from the Service or its underlying data, except as permitted by law;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems;
• resell or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our permission.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, text, and compiled data, is owned by Trigger Labs Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, card images, logos, and trademarks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. We do not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners.

Your content

You retain ownership of the collection data and notes you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services and data. We are not responsible for the content, products, practices, or availability of those third parties.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIGGER LABS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trigger Labs Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
